The gender equality is very prominent and every country we should to see the gender discrimination. So the concept gender equality very difficult to attain in Society. What is gender equality. it is refers to equal rights, responsibilities and opportunities for both women and men. It implies that the interest needs and priorities of both women and men are taken into consideration, recognizing the diversity of different groups of women and men.
